Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

Every shed sold on GardenSheddyis genuine Keter and carries Keter’s manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty length varies by product line — most Stronghold, Cortina, Darwin, Manor, and Signature Collection sheds carry a 10-year limited warranty, while select smaller storage units carry a 2 or 3-year limited warranty. The exact warranty length for each shed is listed on its product page.

We Handle Your Claim

You do not need to contact Keter directly. If you believe your shed has a manufacturing defect, contact GardenSheddy at support@gardensheddy.shop or (910) 232-3233 with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible. We will coordinate directly with Keter on your behalf to resolve the claim.

What’s Covered

The manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage from improper assembly, extreme weather events beyond the product’s rated specifications, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

How to File a Claim

Email support@gardensheddy.shopwith your order number, the shed model, a description of the defect, and clear photos of the affected area. We’ll confirm coverage and next steps within 2 business days.
