Shed Size Guide
Real footprint sizes for every shed we carry, grouped by what they actually fit — not just marketing labels. All figures below are calculated directly from each shed’s external dimensions.
Before You Choose: Measure Twice
- • Measure the actual footprint you have available, then add at least 30cm (12in) of clearance on each side for assembly and future maintenance access.
- • Check the width of any gate or side passage the shed needs to travel through during delivery — freight drivers deliver to your driveway or curb, not into the backyard directly.
- • Check your local zoning/HOA rules on structure size and setback distance from property lines before ordering, especially for anything in our Large tier.
Compact
11–16 sq ftBin storage, pool toys, hand tools, or a narrow side-yard where floor space is tight. Fits against most fences and walkways.
Small–Medium
22–25 sq ftA push mower, bikes, ladders, and general garden tools together — the most common step-up size once bin storage alone isn't enough.
Medium–Large
36–63 sq ftPatio furniture for the off-season, a full tool wall, bikes for the whole family, and — on the larger end of this tier — a compact ride-on mower.
Large
80–149 sq ftRide-on mowers, motorbikes, a genuine workshop setup, or just significantly more storage than a typical single-car garage corner.
