How is my shed delivered?

Do I need to assemble the shed myself?
Yes, all Keter sheds ship flat-packed and require assembly. Most models can be assembled with common household tools — assembly time and required tools vary by model and are listed in the included instructions.
What if I need to return my order?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused, unassembled shed for a full refund. We cover return shipping — there's no restocking fee.
What warranty comes with my shed?
Most sheds carry Keter's 10-year limited manufacturer warranty; some smaller storage units carry a 2 or 3-year warranty (listed on each product page). We handle warranty claims directly, so you never have to deal with the manufacturer yourself.
