Every grill we sell is a genuine product from its real manufacturer — Masterbuilt, Blackstone, ElectriChef, Coyote Outdoor Living, Kenyon, Blaze, Meco Americana, Fire Sense, Fire Magic, and Napoleon — sourced through wholesale channels. We're an independent retailer, not an authorized dealer for any of these brands.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, every price shown includes shipping to the contiguous United States. There are no separate freight charges added at checkout.
How fast will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 0-24 hours and typically arrive within 2-5 business days.
How is my order delivered?

Do I need to assemble it myself?
Most sheds ship flat-packed and require assembly with common household tools. Most grills require some setup too (attaching legs, wheels, or side shelves) — assembly time and required tools vary by model and are listed in the included instructions.
What if I need to return my order?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. We cover return shipping — there's no restocking fee.
What warranty comes with my order?
Sheds carry Keter's manufacturer warranty (2-10 years depending on model). Grills carry their own real manufacturer's warranty, which varies by brand — some, like Coyote and Kenyon, include lifetime coverage on core components.
